Mike graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. As part of his educational experience, he was honored to receive a traveling scholarship and studied architecture for one year at the University of Dortmund, Germany where he was able to travel extensively throughout Europe and immerse himself in architectural history. A licensed architect in the states of Missouri, Ohio and New Jersey, as well as certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Mike has overseen numerous architectural and interiors projects.
Mike prides himself on working with each client to create a unique and successful design specific to that client’s needs. He is active in the firm’s management and is responsible for maintaining drawing and specification standards used throughout the office. Mike is also involved in the arts community and has served as a committee member of the Kansas City Business Committee for the Arts Partnership Awards. Equally concerned with the environment and the lasting effect architecture has on it, he is a fully accredited LEED professional.
