About

A founding member of Perspective Architecture + Design in 1990, Matt Masilionis is a dynamic architect with over 38 years of professional experience focused on corporate real estate and planning design. Matt's responsibilities as the managing partner in the firm include oversight of business management as well as development of the firm’s Architecture and Interior departments.

An enthusiastic leader with a keen eye for design, strong communication, and attention to detail, Mat has successfully designed and completed over 40 million square feet of projects throughout his career. His expertise lies in swiftly understanding and realizing clients’ design visions while assembling motivated project teams that guide projects to successful completion. Clients often seek Matt’s management for large-scale projects, engaging him as an Owner-Agent from initial concept through to occupancy, as he strives to be a holistic architect capable of designing beautiful spaces and delivering value-driven solutions.

With a passion for cultivating positive change in the built environment and in the lives of those he collaborates with, Matt is a culture-driven leader who continuously pushes his boundaries.
